Stage 1 Pipelines

You run MDI data analysis pipelines using the MDI command line interface that you installed in the previous section. Its usage is described in detail in the link above, including how to write effective job files.

Alternatively, the Pipeline Runner app provides a graphical interface to construct, run, and monitor pipelines jobs. Use it via the MDI Desktop over an SSH connection:
